• Rates are quoted per room per night
• Rates are inclusive of VAT & breakfast BUT exclude a 1% tourism levy
CHILDRENS POLICY
• Subject to availability of suitable accommodation and maximum 2 children sharing a bedroom with 2 adults – where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, 2 rooms need to be booked in which case the single rate would apply to each room
• Kids over 12yrs, are considered adults
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 03 – 01 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged 80% of the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
