PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• Any prepayment will only be refunded subject to the reservation being cancelled 14 days prior to arrival (please note that this policy does not apply in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy. During such periods please enquire regarding the applicable cancellation policy)
• Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged at the rate of 100% of the full value.
• Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.

WINTER SPECIAL
From the period 01st May 2010 – 31st August 2010, our Stay 4 Pay 3 winter promotion will apply.

BLOCK OUT DATES
Rates above as well as the Winter Special is not available from the 11th June 2010 to the 12th July 2010 (2010 World Cup Period).

Children’s Policy
Two children under the age of 12 years are accommodated free of charge if sharing a Room with two full paying adults. The following breakfast rates are payable:
1 – 4 years – Complimentary
5 – 11 years: 50% discount
12+ years: Full adult breakfast rate.
