Single person in double rooms pays R200.00 less than above Rates

CHILDREN:
Children welcome subject to prior arrangement by management.

TRIPLE FAMILY ROOM
Arrangements are possible in Superior or Deluxe rooms in the Main Lodge.
0 – 7 years R100.00 / night
7 – 77 years R 300.00 / night
Extra charges for one addition person in family rooms are not applicable between 15 May and 15 September (low season).

4 PERSONS IN ROOM
Limited to families of 2 adults and 2 children to the age of 16.
Only possible in the Superior Family room in the Main Lodge.
Extra charge R400.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival . In the event of booking made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.

CANCELLATION:
No cancellation fee for a cancellation of a confirmed reservation received 1 month or more prior to arrival.
25 % of the value of the arrangement remains payable if cancelled between 2 weeks and 1 month prior to arrival.
50 % of the value of the arrangement remains payable if cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
The full value of the arrangement remains payable if cancelled less then 7 days prior to arrival.
