• Prices above are per room per night, are quoted in South African rand, and include breakfast and VAT. 1% tourism levy is extra. 3rd person sharing under 12 is free. If over 12yrs, ZAR75 is added for breakfast.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full payment is required 30 days prior to guests arrival
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card
- Cancellations should be made 2 days prior to arrival. If deposits are taken, the deposit is 100% non refundable if cancellations is made only 14 days prior to arrival
- In the event that a refund is issued, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

• We do reserve the option of taking deposits for groups, long stay (10 days or more) and bookings over New Year. Deposits taken are non-refundable if cancellation is received only 7 days prior to the arrival date.
