The above rates are quoted per person per night and are inclusive of a full English breakfast.

The above single room rates are not applicable for more than 10 single rooms in a group.
A third adult sharing can be arranged in certain chalet types that are large enough for an extra fold out bed, you will have to enquire about the supplement charge.
Group Policy: With 10 (ten) or more paying rooms, one room will be allocated to the group free of charge to include breakfast.
Pilots, drivers & guides pay 50% of normal rate.
Child Policy: Children 4-12 years sharing in parents room pay R100 per day which includes breakfast. Children 13 years & older pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing with 2 adults (maximum of 2 children sharing with adults in chalets only); Children 13 years & older pay the full adult rate if they are occupying their own room.
Upon reserving accommodation, client will receive a proforma invoice with deposit requirements.
Reservations will only be guaranteed upon receiving credit card details / voucher / deposit from the client/tour operator and once payment has been verified.
The hotel reserves the right to release unconfirmed group bookings 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 11h00.
Booking is recommended at our Leadwood restaurant known for its local & international fare.
BBQ Dinners in the Lapa are available for groups 20+.
There is a pizza oven at the Pool bar & separate kitchen at Golf Clubhouse for lighter fare
Golf bookings at the Hans Merensky Golf course are recommended to avoid disappointment.
Transfers & tours can be arranged with reservations or marketing or upon check in at the reception.
Sports facilities – gym, tennis, squash, swimming are available to guests at no extra charge

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Any cancellations or amendments to reservations must be confirmed in writing to the Estate.
Group Cancellations:
45 – 60 days: 10% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
30 – 44 days: 25% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
15 – 29 days: 50% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
40 – 14 days: 100% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
F.I.T. Cancellations:
30 - 44 days: 10% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
15 – 29 days: 25% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
3 – 14 days: 50% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
0 – 2 days: 100% cancellation fees will be levied on reservations
