Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
In the event of a no-show, or an early departure, the full value of the accommodation will be charged.
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full payment will be retained by Cybercapetown.
Refunds are at the discretion of management and is subject to a 10% administration fee.
Rooms are available from 14:00 onwards and check out time is 11:00 on the day of departure. It is essential that the room be reserved from the night prior to facilitate immediate occupation of the room upon an early check in. The Full room rate is chargeable. Any requests for a late departure are subject to availability and may be subject to a late departure fee of 50% of the applicable rate. Late departures after 18:00 are subject to a charge.
